That was the subtitle of the sustainability congress at Hohenfels Castle and an extremely essential question when you use the terms sustainability and diversity.

What an honor to be a part of this valuable congress and on September 20th. to be able to moderate. I was able to rediscover many facets of diversity:

📍What does sustainability actually mean for me and for the participants?

📍How do we create a common understanding in companies and at an event like this?

📍Do we already have a sustainability strategy?

📍Do we have the same challenges?

📍How differently do we approach them?

📍What role does Christina Granacher’s “BeGaMo Sustainability” tool play?

I experienced how the different approaches were listened to, questioned and understood.

In the next step, we asked ourselves how we can make the world more suitable for grandchildren together.

I was also allowed to read from my book “I, YOU, WE & DIVERSITY”.

Diversity and sustainability go hand in hand. Living diversity leads to “unprecedented” solutions that are both competitive and take ethical values into account.
