I have to prove myself more as a woman or as a person with  a #migration background  . Says who?

I mentioned in one post how I was pressuring myself. Subsequently, Silvia Gunsilius invited me   for an exchange. We talked “about the pressure we put on ourselves”.

When it comes to inclusion concepts, do I bear in mind that participants / minorities of any kind know best how to get involved? Do I trust them?

Or do “order criteria” blind us?

For me, living diversity means personal responsibility, not putting pressure on ourselves and others, and not making us small (or letting them).

Do you also have a migration background? I do, I’ll sell you one for 10 euros, 10 CHF or 100 KSHS
