WOULD YOU MIND TELLING US MORE ABOUT YOUR TWIN-SWIS?
February 11, 2024“SHE WENT TO COOK”
March 3, 2024… I feel:
Hope
Confidence
Magical Encounters
I just love walking out my door and walking to the Hegau Mountains, and every now and then exploring two or three of them on the same day.
(I’m aware: For the Swiss among us, they are not mountains;-))
One of the things that has given me joy in my adopted country since the beginning are the little signs along the way that show me how well we look out for each other here;
… look out for each other like strangers.
I am grateful and touched to see that:
Hanging caps over the nearest fence
Hanging gloves over the nearest branch
Cuddly toys are visible on the next bridge.
I notice that strangers put themselves in the shoes of strangers and think about the trouble they themselves would have if they lost such things.
As I report in my hashtag#Buch, I was already enormously impressed at the beginning by the money I found in the lost property office. The feeling of security grew enormously.
I am all the more happy about such memories and about such “moments of safety” when I am spontaneously on the road.
Especially when I have the feeling that xenophobia (online and offline) is on the rise…
Especially when I learn that people are treated differently in the application process because of their difference …
Especially when I experience how fear hinders true encounters, I like to talk about such rays of hope
And if we apply these observations and momentum to companies:
Then I am confident that we will also pay attention to people who apply to us or are new to us, because we can put ourselves in each other’s shoes.
Then I am confident that we will create our products and solutions in such a way that they have a positive effect on the people who integrate with them – even in our absence.
Now over to you: What unexpected little things give you confidence along the way?
If you’re out and about watching something today, I’d love to see your picture in the comments section.
